Nutritional Therapy is always tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, activity level, stress level, ancestry, etc.

What does a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner do?

As your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I would be diving deep into your health history, symptoms, lab test results, current food and lifestyles patterns, stressors, etc. to develop an action plan to help you achieve your health goals using a holistic and sustainable approach.

I can help find the root cause of the health issues that you are experiencing, and help you understand the "why" of these issues. Together, we work on addressing the root causes through changes in diet and lifestyle.

Do you offer any functional lab testing?

Yes, the functional lab tests I currently offer include two tests.

HTMA: The HTMA provides insight into the past ~90 days of your body's mineral status. Minerals are the spark plugs of ALL the functions and reactions that take place inside your cells and are a significant contributor to overall health. Click here for more info.

GI-MAP: This is a comprehensive stool test that tests for pathogens, opportunistic bacteria, parasites, fungi, viruses, as well as digestive function, immune responses, and intestinal barrier integrity. All of these can play a major role in nutrient absorption and as a result impact digestion, hormones, and overall health.

*These functional tests are informational tools only, not to be considered as diagnostic tests. These tests are not run by your GP and can only be ordered by a health practitioner (like me).
